As a chemistry teacher I was always interested in how the body functions. But it wasn't until a few years ago that it hit me - the advice we get about eating isn't in line with what's best for our bodies. That's when I decided to become a health coach. 

I help people change lifestyle and eating habits to enhance their energy and quality of life.

Contrary to what we are told, most of the chronic diseases that are so common, especially among the elderly, can be prevented and even reversed. 

No diet is needed. Just be aware and give your body what it needs. Then it will give you a long and vibrant life.
